David and I went looking at homes the other day for an inbound client. We were in the Ko'olina area around lunch so we stopped at Roys. It's a just a beautiful setting all around. Disney just purchased a huge lot in this area to build their resort. The buildings in this picture features million dollar flats right on the lagoons.
