Jiannah and Jericho

 

 

 

Jiannah and Jericho Smalls.....my sister's children and my niece and nephew. Two very brave children whom I love dearly. I am hoping to be able to see them within the year...it has been awhile and it seems like they are growing so quickly. Whenever I recieve pictures from Charlotte, I see a lot of my sister in them. Jeri's smile and Jiannah's eyes. Jen would be very proud of them and how well they are doing.

Kaunaloa Kama

Today I recieved a phone call from my niece Kaunaloa and it reminded me of how much I miss her. As I talked with her, I realized, wow!..... how quickly she went from a peewee little girl to a beautiful young lady. She emailed me a few pictures of her road trip to Kansas with her basketball team. So, I told her I would post them to my blogspot......but I didn't tell her I would slide a baby picture in here too. Hope you like it Kauna!!! Love you!! :)

Aunty June

It was so nice to see Aunty June yesterday. She flew in for a month visit and we had a small get together at the house. The food was good and the company better.

As I prepare for my son Cameron's graduation party, I think back to when he was a baby. How in the world did I raise this little baby into the man he is today? Where did all the time go? My point is this, life is too short and boy does it fly by so quick. Enjoy the moments you have when they are little because one day they'll be far from you. You won't have the convenience to reach out and hug them or kiss them when you want. I am very proud of Cameron...he's grown into a nice young man. I know his grandpa and aunt would think so too!
